Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies


Simple, soft and cheap cookies! This is something I love to make when I'm in a bind and need something sweet at a moment's notice. You probably already have the ingredients in your pantry AND there are so many variations to it!

You only need 3 ingredients to make these!

1 box of strawberry cake mix (or any other flavor you have on hand)
2 eggs
1/3 cup of oil

That's it!!!

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
Aren't they pretty? They even look soft! Perfection right here!!!

Okay, now let's think of all the variations we can make with these: lemon cake mix cookies, chocolate fudge, funfetti cake mix, RED VELVET cake mix cookies...I could go on and on! :)

    wow, those look yummy! do you follow the instructions on the cake box plus add the extra needed eggs and oil?! I think I might try these!

    Thanks for the comment! :) Nope, disregard the cake box instructions and just follow mine! You will LOVE them! Let me know how yours turn out. YUM! :)

    I make cake cookies with chocolate cake mix but I use a 1/2 cup of softened butter and mashed banana. Yum.

    Yummy! Do you roll dough into cookie balls or do you just throw blobs on the cookie sheet?

    These were great! I followed the directions then stirred in 1 cup of chocolate chips. Very quick and easy.

      Goodness, I wish I could remember! Maybe a dozen depending on how big you make them?!!? You could put the little balls in a muffin pan, too.

    Making these now, with fresh strawberries chopped up in them.. Sprinkling powdered sugar on after they are done. Can't wait!
